Shipping Costs
- Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the chosen shipping method and delivery address.
- Free Shipping is available for orders over 500 – 800 rupees (Standard Shipping only).
Lost or Delayed Packages

Returns & Refunds Policy
Eligibility for Returns
- Items must be returned within 14 days of delivery.
- Products must be in their original condition, unworn, unwashed, and with all tags and packaging intact.
- Certain items, such as perishable goods, personalized items, or final sale products, are not eligible for return. These exclusions will be noted on the product page.
How to Initiate a Return

- Our team will provide you with a return authorization and instructions for shipping the item back.
Return Shipping Costs
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item received was defective or incorrect.
- For defective or incorrect items, a prepaid shipping label will be provided.
Refunds

Exchanges
- We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to exchange an item, please return the original item and place a new order.
